C Bird Labs

The C Bird Labs, or the Caro Bird Research Initiative, collaborates with existing nature preserves and private citizens in Long Island to protect local bird populations, conduct non-invasive research and educate local residents about birds. 

What do we do?

Cultivate: We partner with local residents and existing organizations to plant and cultivate bird-friendly environments.

Investigate: With the participation and support of local residents, we conduct non-invasive research on local birds to investigate how they live and what helps them thrive. 

Educate: We run programs to educate residents about local birds and our research.
